College students are often bombarded with varying bills and costs in their lives so its understandable if buying up to date fashion becomes an afterthought. Shop smart by going in stores that are well known to sell cool clothes and look for the clearance rack or clothes with the red sale tag.  This way, you will be buying pieces that are likely stylish and "in" yet at a much more affordable price.
